【摘要】 采用文献资料、专家访问、问卷调查和逻辑归纳等方法,通过对北京五所高校109名体育教师健康状况和生活方式的调查发现:1)体育教师健康状况总体上是乐观的,但也存在一定隐患,表现在亚健康症状、身体不良反应、异常血液指标、弥患疾病、尤其超重等方面占有一定的比例。这必将会导致对其总体健康水平的影响。2)多数体育老师参加体育锻炼是积极科学的,也有部分人频度频率和量太少,并且不太规律,从而引起不良症状。3)多数体育教师生活习惯较科学,但也有相当比例的人不科学,包括饮食、睡眠不规律,烟、酒等不良习惯。4)绝大部分体育教师心理品质较好,对他们的健康有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the combination of documentary analysis, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, and logical analysis, this research conducted an investigation with attention to the situation of health and life style among P.E. teachers in five university and colleges in Beijing. The results can be summarized as follows: the general situation of P.E. college teachers is optimistic, but also has some hidden trouble in the teachers’ health status, such as sub-health symptoms, unhealthy reactions, abnormal blood index, especially quite a number of teachers are overweight, which might have certain influences on the overall health level of the teachers; the majority of P.E. teachers have positive and scientific attitudes towards the sport participation, however, the participation of some P.E. teachers are not frequent and regular, which might cause unhealthy symptoms; most of P.E. teachers have scientific life style, however, quite a part are unscientific, including irregular diet and sleep, smoking and drinking; most of the teachers have good psychological states, which has positive impact on their health.更多还原
