【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>This research conducted a profound and extensive investigation in a sample of the gymnastics coaches from twenty cities in the nation wide during the 5th National City Games, explored the current situation of gymnastics coach team, and found out the existed main problems, thereby providing the proposed strategies. The findings of this research can be concluded as follows: 1) the aged structure of the gymnastics coaches in China is not reasonable. The averaged age show a trend of being younger; 2) The academic degree levels of the gymnastics coaches are relatively low; 3) the opportunities of the training participation are rarely available, in particular, for those coaches from the undeveloped regions.更多还原
