【摘要】 对于运动员来讲,保持足够的微量营养素可以保证能量消耗增加和工作强度增大的需要。在一些要求控制体重的运动项目中,锌、镁的摄入存在不足的现象,女运动员较易出现体内微量元素偏低的情况。剧烈运动导致的汗液和尿液中丢失的矿物质往往可以在运动后的恢复期减少以至恢复。当机体缺乏某些微量元素或一些病理条件下,外源性补充锌、镁可以表现出提高力量和肌肉的代谢状况;对青年运动员补充铬的研究证明:关于铬的补充能否促进肌肉增长、加速脂肪消耗和增加力量,现在并没有统一的认识。

【Abstract】 For athlete, adequate amounts of micronutrients are needed in the daily diet to ensure the capacity for increased energy cost and work performance. Inadequate intakes of magnesium and zinc have been found with athlete requiring restriction of body weight. Intense exercise results in short-term increases in both urine and sweat losses of minerals will diminish during recovery in the days after exercise. Evidence is lacking as to whether supplementing zinc, magnesium and chromium could improve strength and muscle metabolism, maybe in the condition of impaired nutritional status or a pharmacologic effect. It has not reach consensus whether chromium supplementation of athlete will promote muscle accretion, fat loss, or gains in strength.
