【Abstract】 With the methods of questionnaire, interview and observation, the paper studies the development of sport culture construction in small towns in Hunan Province during the period of transition, including the concept of sport culture, sport organizations and rules, culture of sports for all, sport courts and facilities. Based on the requirement of the country on the construction of the small towns, a theoretical framework is worked out on developing the sport culture construction in small towns in Hunan Province during the period of transition together with its guiding ideology, general objects, basic task and strategic measures.更多还原
