基于MODBUS/TCP的分布式粮情监控系统的设计

【摘要】 随着大型粮食专储房仓的不断增加,实时在线多点分层的温湿度监控愈来愈重要。采用数字温湿度传感器,实现每个温湿度探头直接联网,且信号传输过程的衰减不会影响系统精度,每个出线口“一线总线”可接多达64个温湿度探头,传输距离可达200m;采用基于MODBUS/TCP开放式网络协议的以太网总线控制器实现了监控工作站、可编程现场总线控制器(PFC)和现场分机之间的开放式数据交换。这种采用数字传感器和以太网总线控制器进行数据交换的方式,可以真正地实现组态系统和数据采集模块的无缝连接,为大型专储粮库的监控和远程浏览提供了有效的手段。

【Abstract】 With the rapid construction of large grain depots, real-time online multi-drop supervision for temperature and humidity becomes more and more important. Every digital sensor is directly connected to network, and system accuracy will not be affected when signal is transmitted. There are maximumly 64 slaves in every line of 1-Wire bus system, and the maximum transmission distance is 200 m. It is the Ethernet fieldbus controller with MODBUS/TCP open network protocol that realizes open data exchange between supervisor station, Programmable Fieldbus Controller (PFC) and the slaves. This data exchange mode, which uses digital sensors and Ethernet fieldbus controller, really realizes seamless connection between configuration system and data collection module. It provides an effective means for monitoring and remotely browsing the large grain depots.
