【摘要】 目前我国城市的土地出让问题有:土地供给总量失调,出让双轨制的存在以及城市用地规模不断扩大。笔者选用北京市的出让市场作为实证分析案例,利用计量回归结果分析北京市出让市场中的主要问题,并提出建立土地储备机制和透明的集体用地流转市场、适时修正北京市基准地价体系、推行年租制等可行性建议。更多还原
