【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国的私营企业取得了令人瞩目的成就,但其发展方式表现出相当程度的非规范性,尤其是诚信的缺失已经成为它发展道路上的绊脚石。本文通过对私营企业历史沿革以及现状的剖析,指出加强诚信建设是私营企业生死存亡的关键,并提出了通过构建私营企业诚信体系提高私营企业诚信度的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is true that private enterprises have achieved a remarkable success since China adopted reform and open policy, but their development mode is not normative. In particular, the scarcity of credibility has been an obstacle to the growth of private enterprises. This thesis analyzes the historical evolution and present situation of private enterprises and it points out that credibility is the key factor to determine whether a private enterprise can survive or not. Finally, strategies of credibility system construction are proposed to improve the credibility of private enterprises.更多还原
