【Abstract】 External environment of enterprise is complex and changeful in information era. Competitive advantage of enterprise is created at a faster speed and then substituted by new advantage. In order to acquire sustainable competitive advantage, enterprise should develop dynamic capabilities and rebuild existing capabilities to keep them in dynamic balance with surroundings.
