同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白(a)和超敏CRP的变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系
The Relationship Between Hcy, LP(a), hs-CRP and Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
【摘要】 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化 及其程度的关系。应用冠状动脉造影判定144例患者冠状动脉粥样硬化及其程度,同时抽取患者血液测定血清 中Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平。结果表明冠状动脉粥样硬化的患者血清Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平比冠状 动脉正常的患者明显增高,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01);且血清Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平随病变支数增加 而增高。Hcy、LP(a)、hs-CRP作为独立的动脉粥样硬化危险因素对冠心病的诊断及程度的判定有积极的临床 意义。
【Abstract】 To study the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy), lipoprotein(a)[LP(a)], high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, coronary ar-teriographic finding-diagnosed 144 patients with coronary atherosclerosis were measured for Hcy LP(a) and hs-CRP levels in blood. The results showed that Hcy. LP(a) and hs-CRP levels of patients with coronary atherosclerosis were higher than those in controls, and were significantly associated with the number of attacked coronary artery branches. (P<0. 01). As independent risk factors of atherosclerosis, Hcy, LP(a) and hs-CRP may play important roles in diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
