茶叶中痕量硒的测定
Determination of Selenium in Teas by Hydride Generation Nondispersive Atomic Fluorecence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用断续流动氢化物发生-无色散原子荧光分析法测定茶叶中的微量硒,确定了仪器及氢化物产生的最佳实验条件。测定结果表明实际样品中硒的回收率在90%~111%之间,样品测量值的相对标准偏差4·2%~7·5%,硒的检出限0·0230μg/L。该方法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等特点,并且采用自动进样,适于大量样品的快速分析。
【Abstract】 Intermittently flowing Hydride Generation Nondispersive Atomic Fluorecence Spectrometry method is used to analyze trace Selenium in teas under the optimized working conditions.The recovery rates of tested tea samples range from 90% to 111%. Relative standard deviations are between 4.2%~7.5%; the detection limit of Selenium is (0.0230μg/L.) This method is simple,quick,highly sensitive and broad in liner range. Tanks to auto-injection, it is applicable to a large quantity of samples being repidly analyzed.
