羟基自由基杀灭压载水搭乘生物的中试实验

【摘要】 船舶压载水的给排过程是造成地理性隔离水体间海洋生物传播的最主要途径.为安全有效治理船舶压载 水,采用强电离放电方法制取羟基自由基溶液,进行了杀灭压载水搭乘生物的中试实验研究.在20 t/h外排压载水 流量条件下,羟基自由基溶液比值浓度达到0.45 mg/L时,可以完全杀灭异氧细菌;羟基自由基溶液比值浓度达到 0.65 mg/L时,可以在4 m(反应时间约1 s)长的排放管道中杀灭海洋微生物,同时改善了压载水水质.结果表明 采用强电离放电方法制取羟基自由基可以有效的治理船舶压载水.

【Abstract】 The discharge of ship’s ballast water is the main way to introduce the marine species among the geographical segregation water area. How to treat the ballast water effectively and safely is one of the difficult and hot topics in the field of international ocean environment. In this paper, pilot scale experiment of killing organism in ballast water is carried out with hydroxyl radicals produced by strong ionization discharge. When the hydroxyl radical ratio concentration is up to 0.45 mg/L, all the heterotrophic bacteria are killed with ballast water velocity of 20 t/h. The marine organisms in the ballast water discharging pipe can be killed only within 4 m (reaction time is about 1 s) when the hydroxyl radical ratio concentration is 0.65 mg/L. At the same time, the quality of the ballast water is greatly improved. The experiment results show that hydroxyl radicals produced by strong ionization discharge can treat the ballast water effectively.
