七(2,6-二-O-丁基)-β-环糊精键合硅胶固定相的合成与评价

【摘要】 合成了七(2,6-二-O-丁基)-β-环糊精键合硅胶固定相;采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、莫氏(Molisch)颜色试验对其进行了表征.以4种标准品尿嘧啶、苯酚、N,N-二甲基苯胺、甲苯为柱效测试物评价该键合固定相的色谱性能,并考察了该固定相对一些位置异构体及对映体的分离性能.结果表明,一些位置异构体和两种对映体在该固定相获得较好分离.

【Abstract】 Heptakis (2,6-di-O-butyl)-β-cyclodextrin bonded silica stationary phase was prepared and separately characterized by IR, XPS and Molisch color reaction. Chromatographic performance of the bonded silica stationary phase was investigated using four kinds of standard samples (uracil, phenol,N,N-dimethylbenzenamine, and toluene) as column efficiency testing materials. At the same time, the separation performance of the stationary phase for separating isomers and two kinds of enantiomers was investigated. The results suggest that some isomers and enantiomers get relative good separation on the stationary phase.
