C60-PMMA复合膜的红外光谱研究

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了C60-PMMA复合膜,研究了该膜的红外吸收谱,发现复合膜的红外吸收光谱在C60特征峰(1182cm-1和1428cm-1)附近,相对PMMA有明显的"红移"宽化.理论上,采用Gaussian98计算方法,得到了C60分子和带有电荷的C60的红外振动频率.研究表明:复合膜的红外谱"红移"宽化是C60与PMMA之间的电荷转移导致C60红外特征峰红移引起的.

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> C60-PMMA composite films on Si(100) substrate were prepared by the sol-gel method, and its IR spectra was studied. It was found that near the C60 IR characteristic peaks (1 182 cm-1 and 1 428 cm-1), there were red-shift and extension relative to IR absorption spectra in PMMA. Theoretically, we obtained C60 and C60 with different charges IR spectra. Investigations concluded that the reason why composite films IR spectra were observed with red-shift and extension was the occurance charge-transfers between C60 and PMMA inducing pristine C60 IR absorption spectra red-shift.
