【摘要】 目的观察氟保护漆在活髓牙金属烤瓷冠修复中的临床疗效。方法将138名患者184颗活髓基牙随机分为两组,实验组基牙预备后及粘固金属烤瓷冠修复体前用氟保护漆对基牙作脱敏处理;对照组常规粘固临时冠及金属烤瓷冠。结果实验组治疗不满意率为0;对照组治疗不满意率达6.7%。结论该方法操作简单,疗效好,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the curative effect of the fluor protector on vital pulp during the porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) crown preparation. Methods One hundred and eighty-three vital pulpal teeth in 138 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The fluor protector was used to desensitize the vital pulp twice in the experimental group before bonding temporary and PFM crowns, and in the control group the crowns were bonded directly. Dissatisfactory rate in the two groups were compared.Results The dissatisfactory rate of experimental group was 0,and that of control group was 6.7%. Conclusion The method introduced in this study is simple and effective and can be used in clinic.更多还原
