典型受载铁磁构件的数值模拟和磁特性

【摘要】 研究了铁磁构件在受载状态下表面产生漏磁的磁记忆现象,对含小孔平板进行了有限元分析,实测了受拉伸载荷时的漏磁场值.结果表明,应力集中对构件的磁特性有显著影响,在应力引起的小范围塑性变形区域存在有效的磁记忆信号,采用磁记忆方法对设备承载铁磁构件由应力集中造成的早期损伤进行检测是可行的.

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of magnetic memory that the magnetic leakage field generates on the surface of ferromagnetic components in loading state was investigated. The stress of the plate with a hole in the center was calculated by the finite element method and the magnetic leakage field of the plate under the load of tension was measured. The results indicate that stress concentration strongly affects the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic components. Valid magnetic memory signals exist in a small scale of plastic deformation zone. It is feasible to detect the initial damage of ferromagnetic components caused by stress concentration by the magnetic memory testing method.
