【Abstract】 There are two types of institutions for vocational higher education in Germany: technological academy and vocational institute. High-level teaching force is the guarantee for the quality of vocational and technical higher education in Germany. In order to fully understand the construction of teaching force for vo-cational and technical education in Germany, the article starts with a brief introduction to the establishment and development of technological academy and vocational institute. Then it analyzes the main practices and expe-riences in construction of teaching force in detail from the aspects of qualifications, responsibilities and pro-fessional development.更多还原
