【Abstract】 The development of the short-term higher education is closely related to the development and change of the degree system. This article discusses the necessity of establishing the degree system for the short-term higher education as viewed from history and explores the current status of the degree system in some foreign countries. It then generalizes the common characteristics and rules in terms of the background, func-tions, courses and teaching management of degree system at this level based on international comparison.更多还原
