【Abstract】 Cross - border supply, consumption abroad, commercial presence and the movement of natural persons are the four modes of trading. Taking these four modes as main dimensions, this article reviews the development and changes in Australian higher education after the access to the World Trade Organization (WTO) . It also analyses the reasons of these development and changes. Based on these experiences in Australia, this article presents some policy suggestions for the chances and challenges encountered by Chinese higher education faces after the access to the WTO.更多还原
