【Abstract】 Through the comparison of education in China and America we can see that there are two major problems in the staff construction for the management of students’ affairs in China. First, the size of the team for the management of students’ affairs is quite small which brings about many problems. The structure of the organization and the number of personnel cannot meet the needs of the tasks. Second, the management of students’ affairs is not professional and occupational which affects the management quality of students’ affairs and the stability of the team.
