【摘要】 旅游饭店的档次结构、规模结构、功能结构特征是衡量旅游饭店业和地区旅游业供给特征的重要指标。从档次、规模、功能结构等多角度分析张家界旅游饭店的发展现状,发现张家界旅游饭店的产业规模在逐渐扩大的同时,旅游饭店等级、规模及功能等却存在诸多不合理性。其优化途径为:加快星级评定步伐,促使结构合理化;整合资源,走规模化、集团化道路;加强饭店市场的调研和管理;加强政府部门的宏观控制和对社会旅馆的管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The grade formation,size,spatial distributions of tourist hotel are three important targets which can appraise the characteristics of tourist hotel and regional tourism.The grade,size,spatial distribution and reception ability of tourist hotels are analyzed.On the one hand,the size of tourist hotel industry in Zhangjiajie is enlarging gradually and stepping to a mature period;on the other hand,there are much more unreasonable aspects in the grade,size and spatial distribution.(Other) ways are:fasten the pale of evaluate star level,impel construction rationalize;adjust natural reseurces,follw the way as scale;strengthen the control and research of the hotel market,strengthen the government’s macroscopic control and social hotel’s manage.更多还原
