【Abstract】 In this paper, factors affecting stock of spare parts for a large continuous operation plant were analyzed. Each factor was graded and weighted. A simple but practical linear equation was proposed to calculate the stock necessity factors defined to reflect the degrees for which the spare parts have to be stocked. Application of such factors can enhance the spare part management level and decrease the production cost for enterprises.更多还原
