利用PRP6树脂制备高纯度全反式番茄红素
Preparation of high purity all trans lycopene with resin of PRP-6
【摘要】 文中以番茄酱为原料 ,利用聚苯乙烯 二乙烯基苯共聚物 (PRP 6树脂 )吸附并经梯度洗脱制备出高纯度番茄红素 ,经紫外、红外、质谱和核磁分析 ,确认制得的样品为全反式番茄红素 ,经高效液相色谱检测样品纯度为99.8%
【Abstract】 High purity lycopene was successfully prepared from tomato paste with novel reversed phase micromolecular resin highly crosslinked styrene and divinylbenzene copolymers(PRP-6). The product obtained was analysed by UV Vis, FTIR, MALDI TOF MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR. As a result, the lycopene prepared through this study was proved to be all trans conformation. HPLC was also used to make a quantitative analysis, and the purity of the lycopene was 99 8%.
