TiO2对共沉淀法制备Pd/Al2O3TiO2催化活性的影响

【摘要】 文中采用共沉淀法制备了混合载体质量分数为 1%的Pd/Al2 O3 TiO2 催化剂 ,借助XRD和XPS对样品进行了表征 ,结果表明 :混合载体Al2 O3 TiO2 为无定形结构 ;TiO2 降低了Pd和Al2 O3的相互作用能力。将样品应用于C3H6选择催化还原NO反应 ,以NO转化率为活性评价指标对催化剂的活性进行了对比 ,发现TiO2 的含量对催化剂活性有显著影响 :随着TiO2 质量分数从 0增加至 5 0 %,催化剂活性迅速增加 ;TiO2 质量分数超过 5 0 %,催化剂活性增加趋势变缓

【Abstract】 A series of 1% Pd/Al2O3 TiO2 catalysts were prepared by co precipitation method. XRD and XPS were used for the catalysts characterization. The characterization results showed that the structure of Al2O3 TiO2 was amorphous. TiO2 reduced the combination energy between Pd and Al2O3. Samples were used for selective catalytic reduction of NO with C 3H 6 and the conversion of NO was taken as the factor for characterizing the catalytic activity. It is found that the content of TiO2 has a prominent effect on the catalytic activity. As the content of TiO2 is less than 50%, the catalytic activity is enhanced quickly. The growth of the catalytic activity takes on gradual tendency when the contents of TiO2 are beyond 50 percent.
