渐开线行星齿轮减速器虚拟样机
Virtual machine of planetary gear drive
【摘要】 利用UG软件对经过优化过程所得的结果进行参数化三维实体造型,并利用parasolid使UG与ADAMS相互通讯,在ADAMS中建立行星齿轮减速器虚拟样机,对其进行运动分 析及动态干涉情况分析,验证了所实现三维参数化造型过程及样机建模过程的合理性。
【Abstract】 By using UG,a parametric three-dimensional modeling of the 2K-H planetary gear structure is built according to the parameters that are derived from the optimizations. The software parasolid is used to convert the model built by UG into ADAMS format and a virtual machine of the 2K-H PGD is made then. Based on the virtual machine, the movement and dynamic behavior of the drive is analyzed. The parametric three-dimensional modeling of the 2K-H planetary gear structure and the modeling process of the virtual machine are justified to be valid.
