【Abstract】 To meet the urgent need for early warning to the technical barriers to trade (TBT) in our country. An early warning platform for TBT from the technological aspect is realized. The use of Agent and Ontology techniques in this prototype system is also discussed. The system can collect, analyses the TBT information and finally give suggestion for future actions. Preliminary successful application indicates the feasibility of our early warning for TBT.更多还原
