榴弹延期时间定型试验方案优化设计与分析
Design and Analysis in Finalizing the Design Test Schemes of Deferred Time for Shrapnels
【摘要】 针对现行步兵榴弹军标中存在着试验周期长、耗弹量大的问题 ,运用均匀设计方法 ,对榴弹定型试验中的延期时间测试试验方案进行了优化设计 ,得到了可大幅度减少用弹量的最佳设计方案及能够精确预测延期时间随温度、压力变化的数学模型。验证试验表明 ,模型对各试验结果预测的置信度超过 99%。
【Abstract】 In order to shorten the test cycle and reduce the test spending, schemes of deferred time have been used in finalizing the design, aiming at questions existing in actual military standards on shrapnels, using the theory of symmetrical design, and have obtained optimum design schemes much reducing the use of test ammunitions. Mathematical models were set up for the deferred time changing with temperature and pressure. It has been proved by experiments that the models have a precision of 99% in forecasting the test results.
