【Abstract】 Taking Edinburgh university as an example, this paper mainly introduces the management changes of technology transfer organization,the process and characteristics of technology transfer at universities in UK. In addition, the experience on the management and protection of intellectual property, especially the treatment on ownership issues, the establishment of incentive system and many other concerned problems have also been clarified. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on technology transfer and intellectual property management at the universities in China.更多还原
