【Abstract】 Recently, the change of the relationship between Europe and America has become the most important issue in the field of international politics. The new change in the relationship between Europe and America will deeply influence the future structure of the world. European Integration is a comprehensive process of the economic integration, political integration, social criterion and the cultural homogenized. Along with the progress of the integration and the end of the Cold War, the EU has become an important political force in European region. There are changes in the relationship between Europe and America either. The rise in force makes EU pursue larger political influence, try to get the equal status with America.
