【摘要】 汽车模拟碰撞试验台由基架、导轨、滑车、牵引装置、回收装置及碰撞壁组成。安装在导轨上的滑车被牵引装置拖动,拉伸弹性橡皮绳给滑车提供较大初始加速度,并通过调整橡皮绳根数和导轨高度进行不同条件下的汽车碰撞试验。该试验台动力学模型包括汽车模拟碰撞动力学方程、动态响应及试验结果对比分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 This simulation impact test bed of vehicle is composed of base mounting, guide rail, sheave block, draw gear, recovery device and impact block. The sheave block mounted in guide rail is driven by draw gear, elastic rubber ropes as a kind of media is stretched to provide biggish initial acceleration, the face-to-face impact test of vehicle is tested at a low speed through adjusting the quantity of elastic rubber ropes and elevated the eight of guiding rail. The dynamic model of the test bed includes dynamical equation of simulation impact for vehicle, dynamic response and contrast analysis of the experimental results.更多还原
