【摘要】 基于 C8051F021 单片机和双轴加速度传感器 ADXL202 的微型智能电子水平仪,用相位解调器提取信息,经低通滤波后,模拟信号由 DCM 转换为脉宽占空比信号,确定加速度方向。单片机通过测量输入脉冲的高电平时间及周期而实现占空比测量。经重力场翻滚试验、0g 读数及比例因子校正,其结果表明纵、横倾角的输出稳定。

【Abstract】 The intelligent micro-level meter was designed based on C8051F021 micro-controller and ADXL202 dual-axis accelerometer. The information of acceleration was abstracted with demodulator and after it was filtered in low-pass, the analog signal was converted to a duty ratio signal of pulse-width through the DCM and the direction of the acceleration was determined. The time of high level and the cycle for input pulse was measured with micro-controller to calculate duty cycles. Rolling experiment for gravitational field was made and 0g reading and scale factor was revised. The result shows that the output of the vertical slope angle and the transverse slope angle is steady.
