车辆动力舱冷却风道流场的仿真研究
Numerical Simulation for Wind Tunnel of the Powertrain Compartment
【摘要】 该文应用三维建模软件PRO/E建立了某车辆动力舱的CAD模型,运用CFD软件FLUENT对动力舱内的冷却空气流场进行仿真研究.重点解决了散热器和风扇在动力舱中的模拟问题.仿真计算得出了动力舱内不同位置的阻力分布情况.此外,还计算分析了冷却空气通过冷却风道的正面深度对系统阻力的影响,以及在不同的风扇转速下车辆行进时,动力舱内冷却空气流场的变化情况.
【Abstract】 The CAD model of the powertrain compartment is built up by Pro/E, and then the simulation study for the air flow field of the powertrain compartment is made by the CFD program package FLUENT. It focuses on how to simulate the heat sink and the fan in CFD software.The drag prediction and characteristic of flow passing each portion of hull can be acquired from the simulation. At the same time, the simulation analyzes the influence for the system drag under wind tunnel height and the resistance changing of components in the powertrain compartment under different fan speed when vehicle moving.
