【摘要】 介绍了混铁炉自投入使用后的炉龄状况。通过对混铁炉炉龄的分析得出结论,影响混铁炉炉龄的主要因素是砌筑、开新炉烘烤、日常使用、日常维护等。经过多次实验和生产,最终确定了适合钢厂混铁炉的成熟工艺,使炉龄逐年提高,不但可以少修混铁炉,还可减少铁水直付对生产的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation of the service life of the mixer since it was put into use is introduced in this paper. The conclusion of the analysis on the life is that the main factors affecting it are construction, preheating, daily operation, maintenance and so on.
