【Abstract】 The culture construction of civilian-- run enterprise is a core part of its development. The current culture development dilemma of civilian-- run enterprise lies in three facts: the conflict between family consanguinity culture and temporary enterprise’s ideas; the crisis of qualified personel and short of creativity. To extricate the culture development of civilian-- run enterprise from such a predicament, we must innovate family consanguinity culture instead of get rid of it; forge enterprise culture in different levels in combine with the innovation of human resources; regard the culture construction as an long-period task and pay attention to it in a continuous way.更多还原
