丰镇发电厂G4-73型风机噪声分析及降噪研究

【摘要】 从丰镇发电厂送风机结构出发,对送风机运行参数和噪声进行了测量,分析了产生振动和噪声的原因.认为送风机蜗舌处产生的气动噪声,风机入口集流器内中心涡流脉动引起和风机基频引起的噪声是引发送风系统振动和噪声的主要原因.针对振动和噪声产生的原因,并结合电厂要求,安装了风机入口阻旋板和整流器的改造,方案实施后的噪声测量和实际运行结果表明,改造方案较明显地降低了送风系统的振动和噪声.

【Abstract】 Vibration and Noise widely exist in the blowing system in power station.According to the actual structure of blowing system in Fengzhen power station,running parameters and noise are analyzed,that is,noise made by snail tongue,local vertex of Forced draught blower intake and basic frequency is the main reasons.On basis of the reasons above and the actual requirements , schemes are listed as follows: The installations of commutating and preventing vortex are fixed in the intake for eliminating local vortex flow. Noise is measured before and after the schemes are taken into practice. The results show that the schemes are feasible and the analysis to causing vibration and noise is correct.
