【摘要】 文章对环境影响评价中的事故风险评价做了初步的探讨，给出了事故风险评价的方法与步骤。环境风险有些并不能通过措施来预 防和控制，其对环境、社会和经济安全构成的危害非常重要。要产生偶然的影响必然具备两个条件：一是有发生的可能性，二是将产生对环境 有害的影响后果。事故风险评价不同于正常的环境影响评价，除可能导致的环境影响后果外，发生环境事故风险的可能性(即发生概率)也是 评价的重要内容之一。事故风险评价的第一步就足分析项目潜在的事故风险的形式和种类，然后才能求出它们发生的概率和环境影响后果两 种属性。评价事故风险是否可以接受，必须综合事故的环境影响后果和事故发生概率两方面的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article chscuss the evaluation of accident risk in environmental effect evaluation,present the approach of the evaluation of accident. Some of accident risk can not be defended and controlled by measure,those do a lot of harm to environmental societal economical safety.There are two integrant conditions to bring accidental infection.One is feasibility,another is harmful influencing aftereffect.It is different in evaluation of accident risk and normal evaluation of environmental effect.The main content of accidental risk evaluation is two aspect,conceivable environmental aftereffect and fea- sibility of accidental risk.The first step is to analyse the modality and variety of item,the second is to seek the probability and aftereffect of them.To judge if the accident risk is acceptant,it is necessary to colligate those two aspect.更多还原
