膜生物反应器的应用现状及存在的问题
Membrane Bioreactor(MBR)’s Present Condition And Existing Problems
【摘要】 膜生物反映器(MBR)是近年来新发展起来的高效废水处理工艺。主要用于生活污水、给水脱氮、含油废水和有毒工业废水的处理,净化水作为中水回用。膜生物反映器有许多传统工艺无法比拟的优点,但在实际应用中也存在膜造价较高、能耗较高和膜污染等问题。通过合理选择曝气及混合装置以及调节运行参数,可以降低能耗。此外日本开发的一体式MBR对单位产水能耗也有所降低。解决膜污染主要是通过:选择合适的膜材料、对料液进行预处理、选择合适的操作运行条件、减少设备结构中的死角和死空间间隙、使用消毒剂等5条途径。目前,由于技术、装备和原料方面的原因,短时间内还很难降低膜造价。
【Abstract】 MBR is the new wastewater effiently processing craft in recent years. It mainly used for handling living dirty water, denitrogen in water surly, dirty water contained the oil, dirty water in poisonous industry and so on, the treated wastewate returns to use. There are a lot of advantages in traditional craft, but in actually it exists many problems in high price of membrane, highly consuming in energy and membrane pollution. We can lower energy use by reasonably choicing exposure air and regulating many devices and running parameter. MBK produced by Japan can reduce water supply in quantity per unit. There are five ways for solving membrane pollution by choicing reasonable materials of membrane, pretreating the wastewater,choicing suitable nmning factor, reducing dead angle and dead space gap in equipments construction and using disinfect. At present, the price of membrane is very difficulty lowered for the reasons of echnology, equipment and materials.
