【Abstract】 This paper presents the development of virtual reality te ch nology, analyzes the demand of virtual reality technology in High-tech Olympics , and puts forward the creation of an information management and virtual roamin g system of Olympics gymnasium based on Web GIS system support subsystem and inc luding 3D sweep subsystem and 3D scene roam subsystem.
