【Abstract】 Philosophers, since Kant, frequently use the transcendental arguments in response to skeptical challenges. They use the arguments also in different fields of contemporary analytical philosophy. XU Xiang-dong, by means of revealing and clarifying the very nature of the transcendental arguments, tries to show that transcendental arguments have failed in fully addressing skeptical challenges. The arguments, nevertheless, make a significant contribution to our understanding of the nature and limits of human knowledge.更多还原
