【Abstract】 By adding pattern recognition system to IC package equipment, a manual wire-bonder to automatic one was successfully ameliorated. According to the demand of high speed and high accuracy, sequential similarity detection algorithm of hierarchical search is adopted. By using the control method of stepping motors driving, cam-operated V-linear motion, the automatic wire bonder can get low cost and high performance at the same time.更多还原
