多CCD拼接相机系统中靶面的旋转误差
Missdistance Error due to Rotation in Multiple CCD Butting Camera
【摘要】 CCD传感器靶面的旋转普遍存在于高精度光电测量设备系统中,是影响系统测量精度的一个重要因素。在分析单片CCD靶面的旋转理论误差基础上,给出了多 CCD拼接相机系统靶面的旋转误差模型,同时提出了测量该系统中靶面的误差的方法以及修正方法。大量实验结果表明,利用该检测方法与修正方法能够显著提高该系统测量精度。
【Abstract】 The missdistance measurement error due to the rotation of the CCD sensor imaging surface is an important factor in the optical system. Based on the theory of the missdistance in one CCD sensor,the module of the missdistance theory of multi-chip CCD butting system is described.The methods to measure and correct the error in this system are briefly discussed.Actual results show the methods mentioned above can correct the missdistance measurement error resulting from the rotation of the multi-chip CCD butting system,and improve the accuracy of the optical system.
