【摘要】 讨论了植物组织总RNA提取的常用方法及检测技术,并对如何消除酚类物质、多糖、蛋白质等对RNA提取的干扰以及降低RNase对RNA的降解作用进行了较详细地阐述.

【Abstract】 The common methods and some detection technologies of the total RNA isolation from plant tissues have been summarized. The methods about eliminating some plant tissue components interfering the total RNA isolation, such as pheno lic compound, polysacchrides, lipids, proteins, were also introduced. About how to reduce the decomposition of RNA and the effect of RNase had been illuminated too.
