高韧性铝合金LD2的冲击试验的动态分析

【摘要】 通过示波式冲击试验机详细记录了锻造铝合金LD2的变形断裂过程,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了夏比(CharpyV)型缺口冲击试样的应力场分布状态。结果表明:LD2铝合金是高韧性合金,其裂纹扩展功远大于裂纹形成功,采用常规冲击方法—夏比V型缺口冲击试验检验其材料具有一定的局限性;冲击试样横纵中面的应力分布存在较大差异,横中面(Z=0)等效应力受应力集中影响较大,纵中面(X=0)等效应力近乎不变,最大等效应力出现在缺口根部;冲击试样缺口应力集中系数Kt是时间的函数,随时间的增加,Kt缓慢增大后又缓慢减小,且在整个冲击过程中,始终存在着应力集中。

【Abstract】 The process of deformation and rupture for forging Al-alloy LD2 were particularly enregistered through impact testing machine with oscillometer, and the stress status of impact test sample with Charpy V notch was analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software in this paper. The results indicate that, LD2 was a high ductility aluminum alloy because that the energy of crack propagation was bigger than its formation energy, the limitation of impact test application was pointed out in material diagnosis, and the stress distributing in the middle planes of the impact test sample with Charpy V notch was different and the maximally Von Mises stress (SEQV) appeared at notch root, the stress concentration factor of impact test sample with Charpy V notch Kt was the function of time.
