低压铸造镁合金轮毂温度场及应力场模拟
Numerical simulation of a die casting magnesium wheel
【摘要】 采用FDM/FEM集成应力分析系统模拟了低压铸造镁合金轮毂的温度场和热应力场。模拟结果显示应力集中位置主要为轮辐-轮辐连接处、轮辐-轮辋连接处、轮辐-轴孔连接处,模拟结果与试制轮毂铸造裂纹多发位置基本吻合。基于模拟结果,对轮毂结构提出改进意见。
【Abstract】 The temperature and stress fields of a magnesium wheel casting were analyzed by integrated FDM/FEM analysis system. The results of simulation were in good agreement with those from experimentation. Some suggestions were made to reduce the casting crack.
