【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of testosterone propionate on spermatocyte meiosis in mice. Methods (The effect of testosterone) propionate on spermatocyte meiosis phase Ⅰ was observed by slicing of mammal germ cells. Results (Compared with) the controls, a significant difference after spermatocyte treated with testosterone propionate in 48 h, 72 h and 96 h (t=2.31-2.98;P<0.05,0.01) was observed in experimental groups. Conclusion Testosterone propionate plays a positive role in meiosis and maturation of spermatocyte in mice.更多还原
