丙酸睾酮对小鼠精母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ分裂象影响
EFFECT OF TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE ON SPERMATOCYTE MEIOSIS IN MICE
【摘要】 ①目的探讨小鼠肌肉注射丙酸睾酮对小鼠精母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ分裂象的影响。②方法采用哺乳动物生殖细胞减数分裂制片技术,观察小鼠精母细胞减数分裂象的变化。③结果丙酸睾酮实验组药物处理后48、72、96 h减数分裂象与对照组相比,差异有显著性(t=2.31~2.98,P<0.05、0.01)。④结论丙酸睾酮能促进小鼠睾丸精母细胞减数分裂和成熟。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of testosterone propionate on spermatocyte meiosis in mice. Methods (The effect of testosterone) propionate on spermatocyte meiosis phase Ⅰ was observed by slicing of mammal germ cells. Results (Compared with) the controls, a significant difference after spermatocyte treated with testosterone propionate in 48 h, 72 h and 96 h (t=2.31-2.98;P<0.05,0.01) was observed in experimental groups. Conclusion Testosterone propionate plays a positive role in meiosis and maturation of spermatocyte in mice.
