【摘要】 ①目的观察迷达唑仑对丙泊酚所致无痛流产病人兴奋和梦幻的预防作用。②方法要求无痛流产的早孕病人100例,随机分为两组,对照组应用丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉注射麻醉,实验组应用迷达唑仑复合丙泊酚、芬太尼静脉注射麻醉。比较两组病人苏醒、离院时间、术后宫缩痛的程度、麻醉诱导及苏醒期有无术中知晓和梦幻发生及丙泊酚用量。③结果两组病人苏醒、离院时间无显著性差异(t=3.30、0.70,P>0.05);丙泊酚用量差异无显著性(t=1.05,P>0.05);术中均无知晓;实验组术中梦幻及术后宫缩疼痛程度明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有显著性(χ2=56.4,Hc=360,P<0.01)。④结论迷达唑仑能有效地预防丙泊酚所致无痛流产病人兴奋和梦幻副作用的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of midazolam in the prevention of excitement and illusion caused by propofol in painless induced abortion. Methods Of 100 early pregnant women requiring painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups. For those in control group were anaesthetized with propofol-fantasy compound and those in the experimental group with midazolam-propofol compound and fentanyl through mainline. Waking time, leaving time and pain in uterus constriction, excitement during induced anaesthesia and revival period, awareness and illusion during operation, and the dose of propofol were observed separately. Results No differences were found between the two groups in waking and leaving time (t=3.30, 0.70;P>(0.05)), or in propofol dose (t=1.05,P>0.05). No awareness was observed during the operation. The patients in the experimental group experienced obviously less excitement in revival period, less illusion during operation, and less pain in uterus constriction, which was clearly different from those in the control group (χ~2=56.4,H_c=360,P<0.01). Conclusion Midazolam can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse effects, such as excitement and illusion caused by propofol in painless induced abortion.更多还原
