【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of degenerative disc cells and apoptosis, and to explore the degeneration influenced by the cell factors. Methods Twelve cases of degenerative human nucleus pulposis were cultured, and the apoptosis analyzed. Results Degenerative disc cells were cultured and subcultured successfully. The apoptosis increased with the increase of age and life cycle of the cells. Conclusion The degeneration of disc cells increases with the increase of age.更多还原
