声波透射法在桥桩安全检测中的应用
Application of the Acoustic Transmission Method for Measuring the Security Quality of Piles
【摘要】 桥桩工程是地下隐蔽工程,施工难度大,受不良地质条件的影响,易产生不安全缺陷,造成安全事故。声波透射法施工方便,是一种准确高效的检测预埋管桥桩质量的方法。文章结合武隆县苏家河大桥桥桩预埋管声波透射法检测实例,采用直观的波列判别法和传统的声速-波幅判别法进行对比分析解释,经钻孔取芯验证,超声波透射法的检测结果准确可靠,这有效地排除了苏家河大桥桥桩的安全隐患。因此声波透视法是控制桥基的安全质量和保证桥墩桩基及大桥的安全不可缺少的关键检测手段。
【Abstract】 A bridge pile project is an underground concealed one;the degree of difficulty for its construction is great.It is affected by bad geological condition and apt to produce unsafe defect and cause incident. The acoustic transmission method is convenient for use.It is an accurate,high efficient measuring method to control the quality of the bridge with buried pipes.This paper takes the bridge across the Sujia River in Wulong County as an example,where the pipes are buried in advance and measured by the acoustic transmission method.The ocular dianostic method of the wave is adopted as well as the traditional velocity-amplitude diagnostic method for comparison and analysis.Then the core is drilled for confirmation.Test results show that the ultrasonic transmission method is reliable and accurate and this has hot rid of the potential safety hazard of the bridge across the Sujia River effectively.So the sound wave perspective method is an indispensable key detection means to control the security quality of the base of the bridge and guarantee the security of the pier base and the gridge.
