【摘要】 目的:评价地塞米松局部应用后对死髓牙根管治疗期间痛(EIP)发生率的影响。方法:将门诊接诊的164颗患牙随机分成2组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组为根管预备后在根尖周局部注射5mg地塞米松,观察两组临床反应的差异。结果:治疗组EIP发生率为7.32%,对照组为21.95%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);无瘘管、后牙的EIP发生率显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:局部注射地塞米松能有效地降低EIP的发生,并减轻疼痛程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the influence of dexamethasone on endodontic interappointment pain(EIP).Methods:One hundred and sixty-four teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The test group were injected 5 mg dexamethasone at apical region of pulp necrosis teeth after root canal preparation,then the incidence of EIP was observed and compared with that of the control group.Results:The incidence of EIP in the test group was 7.32%,while it was 21.95% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of EIP of non-fistular posterier tecth increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions:Local injection of dexametnasone can efficiently reduce the incidence of EIP and alleviate the pain.更多还原
