【摘要】 目的:观察氯化锶(89SrCl)治疗转移性骨肿瘤的疗效。方法:对2 2例骨转移性癌患者按体重静脉推注89SrCl 1.4 8～2 .2 2MBq/kg,观察患者的疼痛缓解、病灶变化及副作用,并进行影像学和血清肿瘤标志物的随访。结果:18例患者骨痛消失或减轻,骨转移癌疼痛总缓解率为81.8% ,部分患者骨转移灶缩小、消失,血清肿瘤标志物和碱性磷酸酶下降。结论:89SrCl对骨转移癌疼痛有缓解作用,并可缩小病灶,副作用小更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of ⁸⁹SrCl therapy on patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone.Methods:Twenty-two patients were treated by intravenous ⁸⁹SrCl at a dose of 1.48-2.22 MBq/kg.The bone-pain,lesion and the side-effect were observed.The imaging and serum tumor makers were followed up.Results:The bone-pain vanished or eased in 18 cases after the therapy.The response rate was 81.8%.The lesions became small or vanished in some patients and the serum tumor markers and alkaline phosphates（AKP） came down.Conclusions:⁸⁹SrCl has obvious effect on patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone and the side-effect is mild.更多还原
