米诺环素抑制小鼠肺癌生长、转移及抗血管生成的研究

【摘要】 目的:观察米诺环素(MC)对小鼠肺癌生长和转移及肿瘤血管生成的影响。方法:用T739小鼠肺癌模型,分别腹腔注射(ip)MC、环磷酰胺(CTX)、生理盐水(NS)并分成3组,检测小鼠肺癌移植瘤体积达5 0 0mm3 所需时间(肿瘤生长延迟时间)、瘤重、肺转移灶数,并用免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:与NS组相比,MC组小鼠肺癌移植瘤的肺转移灶数和VEGF的表达均显著降低,肿瘤生长延迟(P <0 .0 1) ;MC与CTX合用作用更为显著(P <0 .0 1)。结论:MC可抑制小鼠肺癌移植瘤的生长和转移,其作用机制与抑制VEGF的表达、抑制血管生成有关

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of minocycline(MC) on the growth and metastasis of lung carcinoma and tumor angiogenesis.Methods:T739 mice with lung carcinoma were used in this study.The rats were injected MC,cyclophosphamide(CTX) or normal saline(NS).The tumor growth delay and numbers of the metastatic foci on lungs and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) of lung carcinoma were observed.Results:MC remarkably reduced the numbers of the metastatic foci and the expression of VEGF of lung carcinoma,and increased the tumor growth delay(P<0.01).Conclusions:MC can obviously inhibit the growth and metastasis of lung carcinoma in mice,and its mechanism is related to the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis.
